
Originally from France and professionally trained as a Weight Training Coach, I studied in Paris and have held a State Vocational Certificate for Applied Studies in Sport (BPJEPS) since 2011.
Over my extensive years of exercise and nutrition experience, consistency and realism in the long run are the values I have abided by when it comes to following a training routine or making changes to a diet. You will find that these elements transfer very well to other aspects of life.
Training
The big compound movements have always been my favorite. Among other assisting movements, I look forward to sharing my knowledge of advanced Bench Press, Squat and Deadlift techniques.
Training with me will allow you to gain a better understanding of your own biomechanics. Feeling the power of your abdominal brace and the increased stability from engagement of the lats.
Learning how to pressurize your core from within, coupled with optimal hips and ribs positioning, will teach you a great deal about how to keep your structural integrity while under stress and remain pain-free, inside and outside the gym.
Nutrition
It’s all about having a realistic plan. The goal here isn't to have you follow a diet that you won't be able to sustain, but rather to come up with a plan that gives you long-term results precisely because you can stick to it.
Training with me will naturally educate you on what makes a successful meal plan. On top of having a personalized plan, you will gain awareness regarding simple lifestyle details and change the way your view your nutrition.
My goal is to create, with you, your own meal plan with food choices you enjoy. This will fuel your body in a way that fits your lifestyle so that you can perform optimally both physically and mentally.
PHILOSOPHY
I am a personal trainer, and as my profession’s title states, being personal with the people I train is an essential part of my work.
Many of my current and former clients have become close to me and we regularly keep in touch for fitness guidance.
Knowing your background, strengths, weaknesses, and importantly, your personality, will allow me to genuinely connect with you so that together we can come up with workouts and diet routines that will fit your lifestyle in the long run. My goal if for this to be sustainable, even if we no longer train together.
I don't believe in setting unrealistic expectations, but rather showing people their fitness potential through achievable goals.
When discussing a goal, a challenge, or a dream, all of this can look like a mountain to climb when you focus on the finish line, but the only thing that matters is the one step you take at a time.
